Response to Infringement Claims

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice:

  • We will notify the party responsible for the material and provide them with a copy of the notice.

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed or disabled by mistake, you may submit a counter-notification including:

  • Your full name, address, phone number, and email address.
  • Identification of the material and its location before removal.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the material was removed due to a mistake or misidentification.
  • A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of your local federal court (or another jurisdiction if outside the U.S.).
  • Your electronic or physical signature.

If we receive a valid counter-notification, we may restore the content unless the original claimant files a court order preventing its restoration.


Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to terminate access to our services for users who repeatedly infringe copyrights.
